Below are answers to the most common
questions we get asked regarding delivery:
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Standard delivery by Royal Mail
takes around 1-3 working days on average. If you select Next Working Day Delivery at the checkout, and as long as you
ordered before 12 noon we will send your order by courier for delivery the
next working day. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Bank
Holidays are not classed as a working day. We cannot guarantee next
working day delivery to postcodes beginning with: AB31-56, IV, KW, PA
(excl 1-19), PH (excl 1-3), KA27, KA28, ZE, & HS.
The table below should help you work out
when you will receive your delivery. It is important to give us an address
where someone will be in to sign for your order to prevent any delays.

At the moment we only deliver
within the United Kingdom - please do not attempt to order from us if
you want delivery outside of the UK or do not have a UK registered
credit card. Delivery Costs
UK Mainland:
£2.99 per order for orders up to £19.99
£5.99 per order for orders over £20.00
£9.98 if you would like next working day delivery
Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands &
Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly and other off-shore
Islands:
£2.99 per order for orders up to £19.99
£10.00 per order for orders over £20.00
We cannot guarantee next working day delivery to these locations
Scottish Highlands and Islands include postcodes beginning with PH19 to
44, 49 and 50, IV, KW, PA20 to 88, ZE, KA27, KA28 and HS.
Jersey & Guernsey:
£2.54 per order for orders up to £19.99
£8.51 per order for orders over £20.00

MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED - WHAT SHOULD
I DO?
You will have received a
dispatch email from us detailing how and when your order was sent.
Your order will have been dispatched either by Royal Mail or by
Business Post. Please take the following action depending on how your
order was dispatched:
Business Post
If your order was dispatched by Business Post, please enter the
consignment number from your email on the following page:

This should give you details of where your
order is. Normally your order will be delivered the next working day
after dispatch, but if there are any problems, please call Business
Post on 08541 552 552, quoting your consignment number and they will
be able to help you further.
Royal Mail
Orders sent by Royal Mail are normally delivered within 1-5 days,
however this isn't guaranteed and you should allow up to 14 working
days for delivery. If your order still hasn't been received after 14
working days, we find that in 95% of cases, Royal Mail have tried to
deliver and returned the parcel to their local depot. Please call your
local Royal Mail depot to see if your parcel is being held there. If
your parcel is not being held by Royal Mail, obtain the name of the
person you spoke to at the depot and complete a
missing delivery form so we can submit a claim and re-send your
order.
