THE WEBSITE SHOWS AN ITEM IN STOCK - IS THIS REALLY THE CASE?
We use a real-time stock control system on our website which means stock levels are instantly updated as soon as items sell.

Therefore you can order in confidence, knowing that you will not be able to order anything unless it is in stock. Unlike many other websites, if we say it is in stock, it really is! All orders are dispatched within 24 hours Mon-Fri and we will do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly as we can.

A very small percentage of items may be available for pre-order or ordered-on-demand. This will be clearly shown on the product information page and details of the estimated delivery time will be given.

THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK - WILL YOU GET ANY MORE?
As soon as an item sells out, it is automatically placed on re-order with our suppliers. The time it takes to arrive depends on whether our supplier has any left, the time of year and various other factors beyond our control. We are unable to know exactly when new stocks will arrive which is why we display the stock information on each product on our website. If it is available and returns to stock it will instantly appear back on our website, so please keep looking at the stock levels for the latest up-to-date information.

CAN I SPECIFY A CERTAIN SIZE OR WEIGHT?
If a product comes in different sizes or weights, then these will be listed within the product information. If no size or weight is given it means there are no size or weight options for that product.
